Jim and Linda Dunham represented me as the buyer of a parcel of land for development. I honestly thought “how hard can it be? You negotiate an offer and buy the land.”  I was wrong about that! They reviewed the covenants and found language that would’ve prevented me from using the land in the way I intended. They graciously pointed out the need for cross-easements to mutually benefit all parties involved in the development. They worked with me and my attorney to obtain a liquor license and get it transferred.  I was unaware of the many issues that could have seriously tripped me up if not for their expertise and guidance.
